All In Leaders Gather for a Day of Training and Fellowship

January 10, 2024 - Over 25 All In leaders from Ansonia, Derby, Milford, Oxford, Seymour and Waterbury gathered at TEAM Inc. in Derby for a full day of community organizing training.This was third such full day of training held since the All In Alliances were formed and the first time the training was held with simultaneous Spanish translation.

The goals of these workshops were to:

Learn how to get a seat at the table where public decisions are being made.
Learn to act and represent our communities effectively in public.
Identify and confront what’s in our way, and take a few more steps down our individual and collective path to power.
Strengthen our skills at facilitating meetings and gatherings.
Build more powerful public relationships among All In / NVP / TEAM leaders.
